• To prevent the spread of HIV/AIDs among community of vulnerable people
• To advocate for comprehensive harm reduction for people who use drugs.
• To promote health and healthcare among communities of vulnerable people.
• To promote productivity among young people vulnerable to drug use.
• To promote equal right and access to health services
• To reduce the impact of TB; ensure socio-economic empowerment for the most vulnerable groups, Drug Harm Reduction and increase citizens’ participation in governance process.
